The Principal for The Xcelsis Realty Group is Neil Caldwell. Neil, a decorated Army veteran of the Vietnam War himself, greatly admires the men and women who make personal sacrifices to serve their community and country. In addition to serving all of the people in the Greater Houston Metroplex, Neil is especially appreciative of the opportunity to give something back to those serving our country. He vividly recalls the reception that Vietnam veterans received upon returning home and is proud to provide special benefits to such Heroes as Military Personnel, First Responders, Teachers, Healthcare Workers and others who make our community a better place to live.
Neil was raised in Baltimore where he volunteered to join the Army and go to Vietnam. Upon being discharged, Neil chose to complete his degree at the University of Texas because he believed Texas to be a fantastic place to build his home and raise a family. He also spent some time in Louisiana before returning back to Houston so he could enjoy spending more time with his children and grandchildren.
Neil’s energy, friendliness, professionalism and strong business background make him an excellent Realtor®. He is also a problem solver who pays great attention to detail and is very dedicated to customer service. In addition to his designations as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Certified Military Residential Specialist, Neil Caldwell is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), PSA, SRES, has his Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource Certification (SFR), obtained the BPOR Certification, and recently became a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Such professional designations demonstrate Neil’s dedication to further developing his skills in order to better serve his clients.
